Course Description

Panopto is a lecture capture system that includes software for recording audio and video directly on your computer in addition to specific multimedia classrooms across campus. In collaboration with the Faculty Technology Center, Digital Imaging and Video Services is piloting Panopto for the 2014-2015 academic year. The pilot consists of a campus-wide integrated Panopto which works directly in Moodle courses for easy access for both faculty and students. Features include interactive video players which allow students to create time-stamped notes and bookmark sections, screen recording, and easy access for managing recordings.

You are invited to attend the upcoming Tech Talk to learn how Panopto can be used to enhance your teaching and increase student learning in and outside of the classroom. Basic information on how Panopto works within Moodle and instructions on getting started will be shared.
