This fall The Faculty Technology Center will again be sponsoring FOOD FOR THOUGHT: A Seminar Series for GTAs on campus.* Our first offering is a webinar entitled “Flying into Moodle: Key Components of a Student-Friendly Course.” In this webinar, presenters will cover best practices and teaching strategies one can use in Moodle. Topics covered include:

• Sharing expectations with students
• Organizing your course
• Creating activities
• Communicating with students
• Obtaining assistance for students & instructors
