Course Description

We are excited to offer this workshop to you virtually via Zoom!

Numerous studies show that stress in the workplace is a real problem that affects organizational performance. Employees state that stress and anxiety is what most often impacts workplace performance, quality of work, and relationships with both coworker’s and supervisors. Stress management is the ability to manage your energies and reactions to the challenges of the everyday workplace. In this class, you will learn practical tips for balancing your work and life priorities, investing in personal self-care, and staying sane in chaotic and stressful work environments.
