Prerequisite: This workshop is for faculty and graduate teaching assistants who have previously used Moodle and for those who would like a general overview.
This workshop will cover the most commonly used features used in Moodle 3. Topics that will be addressed during this workshop are:
- Course settings: Course format, availability
- Users: Enrolling extra participants, groups
- Adding course resources: Files, folders
- Creating activities: Assignments, forums, quizzes (general overview)
- Communication with students: E-mail, news forum
