Course Description

Effective time management is not about finding a way to get all things done, it’s about getting the right things done. In this class, learn how to use the personal and organizational values of your roles to define your truly important goals and identify responsibilities that should be the main focus of your time. By understanding which tasks are important, you’ll ensure that you spend your time on what matters most and reach optimal productivity.
