Course Description

Let’s face it – no one likes conflict.  Having conversations when the stakes are high, emotions are strong, and opinions vary can be tough, but not for much longer. If you struggle having difficult conversations with your direct reports, co-workers, supervisors, or peers, join us for a hands-on workshop to help you get rid your fears and build your confidence when it matters most.

Examples of a crucial conversation:

-Asking for a promotion

-Giving a negative performance evaluation

-Talking to a co-worker about a hygiene issue

At the conclusion of this workshop, you will be able to navigate difficult conversations with intention, build an environment for mutual understanding, measure your success, and maintain accountability through action planning. Don’t feel stuck any longer. Register now to acquire the tools you’ll need to master the art of crucial conversations.
