This workshop will provide an overview of the GeauxGrants award modules with a focus on viewing awards and the workflow approval process for both. This class will be conducted via Zoom. This class is for faculty and staff with a Department Administrator role on the LSU A&M campus who create and route post award modification/prior approval requests. This class will focus on creating post award modification/prior approval requests and routing the requests for institutional approvals. This workshop will be held via Zoom. The workshop will provide an overview of the GeauxGrants proposal modules with a focus on creating Grants.gov proposals for federal Grants.gov proposal submissions, building a budget, and routing a proposal for institutional approvals. This workshop will provide an overview of the GeauxGrants Proposal Tracking Agreements tab with a focus on viewing subawards and subaward amendments and the workflow approval process for both. The class will provide fundamental guidance regarding sponsored programs including review of basic LSU policy, Federal policy, proposal preparation, budget preparation, proposal routing, review, approval and submission as well as award and post-award procedures conducted by OSP.
