The Academic Policy division of HRM will provide a detailed overview of Promotion & Tenure policy, including required documentation, common policy violations, and tools to assist HR Partners with their roles in the process. Academic Partners/HR Contacts (employees who help coordinate the P&T process within their units) are encouraged to attend.
