Course Description

In order for solicitation specifications to remain open and competitive, specifications should be carefully prepared. This session will focus on the basic principles, techniques, and tips for preparing general specifications for goods and services. Presented By: Amy Bourgeois, Ph.D.

Complex specifications are prepared and used for larger solicitation projects such as Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Solicitation for Offers (SFOs).
