This training will cover the Annual Evaluation Process for Classified, Unclassified, and Other Academic employees at Louisiana State University. The topics we will cover during this training are: an Overview of the Performance Evaluation System (PES), the Major Sections and Rating selections of the Annual Evaluation, the Workday Routing Process of the Annual Evaluation, and Effective Evaluation Tips for completing the Annual Evaluation for an employee.
