HRM will be offering an instructor-led, lecture-style training, where unclassified and other academic employees will learn about the staff performance evaluation process. Topics include an overview of the performance management changes for 2023 and 2024. Managers are encouraged to attend, however the training is open to everyone. HRM will have specialists available to assist on a one-on-one basis.
