Course Description

Manage more effectively by learning about your own management preferences and priorities using the DISC profile, and learn how to motivate, delegate, develop your employees based on their preferences and priorities as well as how to manage your relationship with your manager! The DISC management profile is a research validated online assessment and model that helps managers understand how to develop a management style, improve communication skills, and increase employee engagement.

Course Fees: 
DiSC Assessment - $125 
Registration Fee - $25 (covers catered lunch and course materials) 

Registration is required 72 hours in advance of class to allow for time to complete the DiSC assessment.

Cancelation Policy
Failure to cancel at least 72 hours prior will result in a forfeit of the registration fee. Participant substitution is not available for this course. Registrants will be able to attend a future offering of the same course.
