The Office of Human Resource Management (HRM) recently received updates regarding changes to the Civil Service Performance Evaluation System (PES). Participants will learn about the staff performance evaluation process, including the importance of performance evaluations, and a step-by-step demonstration of the Workday process. Managers are encouraged to attend, however the training is open to everyone. The 2023/2024 Annual Evaluations for all Classified employees will be available in Workday on July 15, 2024, through August 16, 2024; no extensions will be given.
