Department solicitations (DSOL) are solicitations conducted by individuals who have been granted solicitation authority. Designated individuals have the option to create department solicitations for procurements up to $25,000. This course will outline the process departments must follow when creating a department solicitation.

This session is required for new purchasing agent certification applicants seeking Level 2 authority.
