Course Description

Manage more effectively by learning about your management preferences and priorities using the DiSC Management profile. Learn how to motivate, delegate, develop your employees based on their preferences and priorities as well as how to manage your relationship with your supervisor! The DiSC management profile is a research validated online assessment and model that helps leaders understand how to develop a management style, improve communication skills, and increase employee engagement. 

Course Fees: 
Registration Fee - $150 (covers DiSC Management profile, catered lunch and course materials) 

Lunch will be provided
Registration is required 72 hours in advance of class to allow for catering.

Cancelation Policy:
Failure to cancel at least 72 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of the registration fee. Participant substitution is available for this course. Registrants will be able to attend a future offering of the same course.
