Course Description

To ensure managers are fully equipped to welcome and engage team members, this workshop educates managers on how to effectively utilize the onboarding guide, warmly integrate new employees, and much more! Managing 101 will serve as both a bootcamp and an introduction to the Management Foundation Series (MFS).
