There is no one-size-fits-all approach to leadership. Leadership is contextual and situational and, ultimately, the most successful approach is one that is authentic to the leader. In our opening session, we’re going to participate in an activity that helps you connect with your authentic leadership style.  We’ll identify some of the qualities, skills and actions that we think effective leaders embrace and then you’ll have the opportunity to start crafting a personalized definition of leadership – one that reflects your authentic leadership voice. Please bring your laptop, a notebook, or something else that you can take notes on throughout the training.
