Course Description

As an emerging or aspiring leader, your ability to handle disagreement and tension with professionalism and empathy directly shapes how others perceive your leadership potential. In this session, you’ll learn practical strategies for communicating effectively, actively listening to understand different perspectives, and addressing conflict in a way that strengthens rather than strains relationships. By developing these skills now, you’ll be better prepared to build trust, influence outcomes, and create a more positive and productive work environment—key foundations for future leadership success.
