Managers will learn about the five conflict management styles and learn how to use each one successfully in the workplace. Managers will also learn how to establish a work environment that reduces unproductive conflict in the workplace.

Cancelation Policy:
Failure to cancel at least 72 hours prior will result in a forfeiture of the registration fee. Participant substitution is available for this course. Registrants will be able to attend a future offering of the same course.
